I guess it is no surprise with the current economy that everyone is looking for ways to save money. I know I am finding that among my friends some who never bothered to use coupons before are using them now. Some of this is due to job loss of course but most of it seems to be the realization and an overall understanding that the good times are over.

When saving money on groceries you have to find the store that best suites your needs. You are ideally looking for the store that sells what you like to eat, prices the type of food you eat as loss leaders regularly, has your staples competitively priced, short lines and is conveniently located.
