Eat This Not That

I saw “Eat This, Not That!”in my bookstore as I was picking up “The New Earth” to go with the “Way To Love”. If you have a mid-life crisis scheduled I definitely recommend those two books they got me through and now I am annoyingly happy and content. Should have read them when I was 21.
