Steve Bolden stood in the aisle of Wally’s Supermarket in Marysville holding a print out showing the items at the grocery store on sale.

As gas prices plummet, retailers are discounting everything from clothes to shoes to lure shoppers in stores. So, why aren’t grocery prices headed south, too?
