Chutney – Pineapple Slaw

2 Tbsp chutney
In a large bowl combine chutney, orange peel, and orange juice. Mix well. Add shredded cabbage and carrot, pineapple, and raisins; toss to mix. Serve immediately or cover and chill until serving time.
