2 pounds cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
Purée cantaloupe with lemon juice in a blender until very smooth, about 2 minutes. Stir in juice, season with salt. Ladle into serving bowls and garnish with mint sprigs and fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
